I'm sorry to have spread misinformation (and still sorrier to have spread it and then gone off to bed and woken up in the morning to find my post so thoroughly debunked.) As for whether it flies in the face of JKR's actions recently (in awarding that site), look at how Six Apart has flip-flopped all over the place recently.

Given that she's already sold the last book, this would be the prime time for the company to change tactics.

Just take it as an example for your students of a biased source, and how easy it is for them to slip through one's guard. Without names, mind you! :P
